KPMG Corporate Finance acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Vena Solutions
KPMG Corporate Finance* (KPMG CF) acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Vena Solutions (Vena) on its approximately $30M CAD capital raise led by Centana Growth Partners.
Based in Toronto, Ontario, Vena provides cloud-based corporate performance management (CPM) software that turns Excel into an enterprise-class platform to automate financial and other spreadsheet-driven processes across organizations.
