KPMG Corporate Finance LLC Advised Burke America Parts Group on a Capital Raise
KPMG Corporate Finance LLC (KPMG CF) acted as the exclusive financial advisor and placement agent to Burke America Parts Group LLC (“BAPG” or the “Company”), a Chicago-based private holding company, in the refinancing of its existing credit facility and buyout of certain limited partners.
BAPG is an established leading technology-enabled, home repair-related replacement parts solution business. The Company operates two complementary, fully integrated operating platforms, RepairClinic and Sundberg America.
KPMG CF approached a targeted universe of commercial banks, credit funds, and mezzanine funds, and successfully raised a new credit facility for the Company.
KPMG CF’s deep industry expertise, in-depth knowledge of the credit markets, and relationships with a wide array of capital providers were critical to completing the transaction.
