Krug International is a multi-national consumer products company undergoing a strategic shift into the healthcare market.  The company decided to sell its existing businesses and create a wholly owned subsidiary through which it would own and operate community hospitals.

The acquisition provides Krug with a significant presence in the hospital management industry and provides the company with the scale necessary to leverage its healthcare investment.
