World’s Finest® Chocolate, Inc. (“WFC”) is the nation’s leading manufacturer and marketer of premium quality chocolate products for fundraising distribution. The Company has marketed its chocolate products through a network of over 200 distributors, who sell to schools and organizations for WFC’s premium chocolate products.

Strategic Alliance

This strategic alliance between QSP and WFC has created not only the strongest sales force in the industry, but has also created broader product lines that will be offered to potential new clients and to schools and organizations that have already worked with one, but not both of these companies.  This alliance will allow WFC to focus on its core strength of manufacturing chocolate.

Exclusive Financial Advisor

KPMG Corporate Finance became the exclusive financial advisor to WFC in connection with the combination of two of the largest school and youth group fund-raising companies.  KPMG Corporate Finance managed the sale process through a competitive auction and advised WFC on all aspects of the transaction.
