Services provided by ProVerify include background screening, credit checks, motor vehicle searches, education and credential verification, employment and earnings searches, and drug screening.
The Situation
ProVerify is an earlier stage company seeking opportunities for growth. KPMG Corporate Finance was retained to assist the company in developing a business plan and financial model under various capitalization alternatives. Our work with the company is ongoing.
