Tom Groh

Tom joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2010.  He is focused on middle market corporate finance advisory engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, strategic advisory, and restructurings.  He has worked with companies of all types and sizes, including small and large cap public companies, family owned businesses, and private equity portfolio companies.  Additionally, he has advised on cross-border transactions involving companies based in Europe, Asia, Canada, and the US.

Prior to joining KPMG, Tom worked as an investment banker at NatCity Investments, where he focused on middle market corporate finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.  He also worked for National City Bank, where he provided financing for a wide variety of clients, primarily in the middle market.  His industry experience includes industrial markets, consumer markets, business services, and financial services.

Tom holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago, an M.P.A from Indiana University, and a B.B.A. from Western Michigan University.
