Ted Moody

Ted Moody joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2001.  He has significant middle market investment banking experience having advised on over 60 merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions during his career as well as numerous debt and equity financings, valuations, fairness opinions, and strategic assessments.  

Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Ted worked in the corporate development group of Republic Industries (now Republic Services and AutoNation), a consolidator of waste services, automotive dealership, home security, and outdoor advertising companies led by H. Wayne Huizenga.  Ted was also formerly with a boutique advisory firm in their investment banking and business valuation groups.  During his tenure there, he advised on transactions in the industrial markets and transportation industries. 

Ted holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois.
