Stacy Ferrone

Senior Associate, New York

Stacy Ferrone joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2007. She serves as an Senior Associate specializing in property analysis, as well as marketing and disposition of real estate and leaseholds for healthy and distressed companies with the Real Estate Services team.

Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Stacy worked at Keen Consultants.  She has worked on a wide range of multi-million sales transactions for retail, commercial, and industrial clients including Breuners/Huffman Koos, Frank’s Nursery and Crafts, American Italian Pasta, Cleveland Growers, Friedmans Jewelers and the Diocese of Spokane.

Stacy holds a B.A. in Communications from the University at Albany in Albany, New York.  She is also a real estate salesperson licensed in New York.
