Sean J. Sullivan

Sean joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2011. He is focused on advisory engagements related to mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, strategic reviews, and financial restructurings. Sean has worked with companies of all types and sizes, including small and large-cap public companies, owner-operated and family-owned businesses, and private equity portfolio companies. He has experience across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, niche manufacturing, value-added distribution, and business services.

Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Sean worked in the investment banking departments of Duff & Phelps Securities, LLC and Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. He also worked for several years in the Corporate Development department of a past client, Andrx Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of specialty/generic pharmaceuticals with annual revenue of over $1 billion.

Sean holds a B.S. in Commerce/Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, as well as a Series 79 license.
