Piyush Mishra

Piyush Mishra is a Director with the Global Infrastructure and Projects Group and is based in the Dallas office of KPMG Corporate Finance LLC. Piyush has 11 years of advisory and project finance experience in the infrastructure sector where he has worked with both private and public entities. He has worked across multiple industries, including ports, transportation, oil and gas, telecom, and urban and industrial infrastructure projects on both sell side and buy side mandates. Additionally, Piyush has provided advice on equity investment, financial structuring, business strategy, and concession contract negotiations.

Before joining KPMG in the United Kingdom and then working in the United States, Piyush was working with PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG in India. Prior to these positions he was a project financier.

Piyush holds an M.B.A. from the Symbiosys Centre for Management and HRD in Pune, India and a B.S. degree in Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics from Panjab University, in Chandigarh, India.
