Mike McKee

Director, Dallas

Having previously been a Director with KPMG Corporate Finance in the mid-Atlantic region, Mike McKee rejoined KPMG in 2003 from Hitachi Consulting, a technology consulting firm majority-owned by Hitachi Ltd., where he was a founder, director and Chief Financial Officer.

While at Hitachi Consulting, Mike was responsible for sourcing, executing and integrating five acquisitions representing more than US$250 million in value.

Mike has significant experience in cross-border transactions, and originally came to KPMG from another large professional services firm providing M&A advisory services to private equity and corporate clients.  He also served as a Finance Director with a multinational, public company and as a corporate finance professional with major U.S. and European institutions.

Mike received a B.S. from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business in Norman, Oklahoma.
