Marc Hansberger

Marc Hansberger joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2006.  Marc serves as a Director of the Advisory Services and Financial Opinions Team.    
 
Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Marc was a Director at Duff & Phelps, LLC focusing on financial advisory and investment banking. Marc has conducted over 300 valuations of closely held businesses in a wide variety of industries and has advised publicly and privately traded companies as well as privately held businesses on a variety of capital markets transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and going private transactions.  Marc also has extensive experience in highly structured ESOP transactions from feasibility and design, to implementation.  He is an active member of the ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership and is a frequent speaker on valuation and transaction issues for ESOP companies.

Marc holds an M.B.A from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. in Political Science from Emory University.
