Justin Clarke

Justin joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2005 and is a member of the Global Infrastructure and Projects Group.  Justin is active with various modeling, financial and qualitative elements of PPP transactions. He has also been involved with the development of screening criteria, project valuation and selection of potential PPP transactions.

Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance Justin worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for Travelocity.com and Sabre Holdings Corporate Finance. Justin initiated corporate strategic planning methodologies, provided financial guidance on large investments of capital, and was involved with the financial integration of acquired companies.  Justin was an Associate for Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in the capacity of providing client capital raises, restructuring and debt advisory services, and conducting mergers and acquisitions transactions. Justin began his career at JPMorgan Chase as a Senior Banking Analyst focused on middle-market commercial loans, syndicated debt transactions, and mezzanine debt investments.

Justin holds an M.B.A. with Honors from the University of Florida Warrington School of Business in Gainesville, Florida and a BBA in Finance and Economics from Baylor University, in Waco, Texas.
