Jack DiFranco

Jack DiFranco photoJack joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2011. With over 21 years of M&A and transaction experience, Jack has assisted clients with acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and management buyouts. He has also served as financial advisor on financing transactions for senior debt, subordinated debt, and equity. Throughout his career, Jack has advised both privately held and publicly traded companies. He has worked on transactions in a wide range of manufacturing and service industries, with a particular specialization in the manufacturing and automotive industries. He also has significant experience in the business services industry.

Prior to joining KPMG, Jack was the national managing principal for the Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory Services Groups at Grant Thornton LLP. He also served as the national managing principal for Private Equity Services. Preceding his experience at Grant Thornton, Jack founded and was the managing director of the Investment Banking Group at Stout Risius Ross, Inc. He was also a member of the Investment Banking Groups at First of Michigan Corporation and Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.

Jack holds an M.B.A. degree (finance and corporate strategy) from the University of Michigan and a B.S. degree in finance from Oakland University.
