Howard Liberson

Howard joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2008 with more than 14 years of diversified financial experience in the areas of M&A, corporate finance, securities law, and accounting.

Howard has worked with start-ups, private/family-owned, middle market public and Fortune 500 companies in a number of industries including consumer products, manufacturing, retail, technology, media, telecommunications, and energy. He has acted as an adviser on a variety of transactions, ranging from mergers, acquisitions, corporate divestitures, and private company sales, to debt and equity financings, debt restructurings, and fairness opinions.

Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Howard worked at Credit Suisse First Boston, and a boutique investment bank in Los Angeles.

Howard holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
