Doug joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2010. His advisory experience encompasses a wide range of corporate finance responsibilities, including client development, execution and advisory work covering mergers, acquisitions, sales, divestitures, strategic Board options/alternatives, fairness opinions, private equity investments, initial public equity offerings, secondary equity offerings, trust preferred security offerings, 144a debt offerings, tax-exempt bond offerings, and escrow restructurings.

Doug has worked with small- and mid-cap public, middle market private, start-ups, private/family-owned, and Fortune 1000 companies in a number of industries including software, financial technology, payment processing, enterprise and networking technologies, communications equipment, communications services, technology services, hardware, government technologies, healthcare IT, medical devices, specialty pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, business services, specialty finance, and industrials.  Additionally, he has advised on cross border opportunities involving companies based in Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.

Doug holds a M.B.A. in Finance & Tax from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana and a Bachelor degree in Finance and Political Science from Alma College, Alma, Michigan. .
