Declan McManus

Declan McManus is a Managing Director in KPMG Corporate Finance’s Global Infrastructure and Projects Group (GIPG).  Declan, originally from Australia, joins us from the UK,  with over 7 years of project finance and PPP transactions.  Declan's focus is on the financing in the infrastructure and transport PPP/PFI sectors.  Declan has advised the departments of transportation in Ireland, Austria and Portugal, as well as construction and development companies on the buy-side of road and accommodation PPP transactions in the UK and Germany.  

Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Declan worked at David Wylde Project Finance wherein he advised the private sector on raising PPP/PFI style project finance and preparing financial models for infrastructure projects. Prior to that, Declan was an analyst at National Australia Bank in the European Project Finance Lending team where he analyzed the credit and financial models of a number of road transactions.

Declan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Queensland, Queensland, Australia.
