Craig Fox

Director, Long Island

Craig Fox joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2007. He serves as a Director providing strategic planning and advisory services for healthy and distressed companies with the Real Estate Services team. Craig specializes in the valuation, marketing, and disposition of real estate and leaseholds as well as businesses and business assets. 

Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Craig was Vice President at Keen Consultants where he worked for 17 years. Prior to Keen, he worked at Marine Midland Bank. Craig has worked on a wide range of multi-million dollar disposition transactions for retail and commercial assets. Former clients include Spiegel/Eddie Bauer, Inc., Tommy Hilfiger, Cable & Wireless, Warnaco, Arthur Andersen, Fila, Samuels Jewelers, Herman’s Sporting Goods, Fayva Shoe Stores, Garden Botanika and Mondi of America.

Craig holds a B.S.in Finance from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
