Christopher Mahoney

Director, Long Island

Christopher Mahoney joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2007 and serves as a Director specializing in valuation, marketing, and disposition of real estate assets.  He works on strategic planning and provides advisory services for healthy and distressed companies with the Real Estate Services team.

Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Chris worked at Keen Consultants for 17 years. Prior to that, he was with Henry Boeckmann Jr. & Associates Real Estate Appraisers.  Chris has overseen the disposition of several multi-million dollar real estate portfolios and large industrial properties, and has valued a significant amount of real estate property for companies and financial institutions.  Clients include Cable & Wireless, Caldor, Cooker restaurants, Cumberland Farms, Graham-Field Health Products, Silverpoint Capital, and WR Grace & Co.

Chris holds an M.B.A. in General Management from Dowling College in Oakdale, New York, and a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University, Cornell, New York.
