Chrisanne Corbett

Chrisanne Corbett joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 1994. Chrisanne serves as a Managing Director and the U.S. Group Head for the Private Equity Coverage Team.

Chrisanne’s experience covers a wide range of corporate finance transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings, strategic assessments and restructurings.  She has also served as an adviser for both privately-held and publicly-held companies on transaction strategies and execution. Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Chrisanne worked with Chase Manhattan Bank in its Leveraged Buyout Financing Group.  She also worked for Mitsubishi Bank primarily focused on domestic and cross border financings.

Chrisanne holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana.
