Brian Jones
vice president, New York
Brian Jones joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2004. He supports the execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financing transactions, as well as other valuation and advisory assignments.
Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Brian worked for CapitalKey Advisors, LLC, a boutique investment banking firm based in New York, supporting private placement and M&A advisory services to the middle market.
Brian holds a B.S. in Finance from Smeal College of Business Administration, Pennsylvania State University, in University Park, Pennsylvania.
