Blake Shear

Blake Shear joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2007. Blake’s corporate finance experience includes advising clients on the execution of mergers, acquisitions and financings.

Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Blake was an Analyst at Trenwith Securities LLC, the investment banking arm of BDO Seidman wherein he advised a broad range of clients in the execution of both healthy and distressed middle market transactions. 

Blake holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Boulder, Colorado and an M.B.A. from Chapman University in Orange, California.
