Blake Shear

Blake Shear joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2007as a member of the Special Situations Advisory Group. Blake’s corporate finance experience includes advising both distressed and healthy companies and other interested parties (creditors' committees, equity holders) seeking to maximize liquidity. Blake has advised companies in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Blake was an Analyst at Trenwith Securities LLC, the investment banking arm of BDO Seidman wherein he advised a broad range of clients in the execution of both healthy and distressed middle market transactions. 

Blake holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Boulder, Colorado and an M.B.A. from Chapman University in Orange, California.
