Andy Garbutt joined KPMG Corporate Finance in the UK in 2000.  In 2006, Andy joined the U.S. team of KPMG Corporate Finance and serves as a Managing Director and the U.S. Head of the Global Infrastructure and Projects Group specializing in international project and structured finance.
  
Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Andy worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland’s specialist Public Private Partnerships (PPP) team where he advised and financed consortia in order to successfully conclude PPP projects in a variety of sectors.  Andy has advised both the public and private sectors on PPP initiatives, including debt raising requirements and restructuring for a number of universities, financial advisory roles for the UK Ministry of Defence, UK Government’s Building Schools for the Future program, the M77 Scottish Motorway, UK NATO Command Hq, Municipal waste PPP’s and the UK’s nuclear industry.
