Tererence Yeh, a Director of KPMG Corporate Finance's Investment Banking Team, was interviewed with respect to the recent deal closing between Griffith Enterprises and Republic Corporation. KPMG Corporate Finance acted as financial adviser to Griffith Enterprises on its sale to Republic Corporation's Private Equity Group.
