KPMG Corporate Finance LLC Names Richard Steingraber as a Managing Director in its Investment Banking Team

KPMG Corporate Finance LLC Welcomes Richard Steingraber 

Richard Steingraber has joined KPMG Corporate Finance LLC’s Atlanta, Georgia office as a Managing Director with its Investment Banking Team.  Mr. Steingraber brings over 25 years of investment banking experience, having completed over 180 assignments for corporate clients including over 90 strategic advisory and M&A assignments and an equal number of completed public offerings. Mr. Steingraber has also rendered more than 40 fairness opinions and has substantial experience representing special committees of public companies.  He has extensive experience across a number of different industries, including real estate, financial services, restaurants, industrials, utilities and specialty retailing.

Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance LLC, Mr. Steingraber was a Managing Director at Duff & Phelps specializing in mergers and acquisitions advisory work and overseeing the firm's Atlanta investment banking office.  Before joining Duff & Phelps, Mr. Steingraber was a Managing Director of Investment Banking for Wachovia Securities, Inc. in Atlanta, also serving as the Group Leader of the Diversified Industries Group.  Earlier positions include Senior Managing Director for Interstate/Johnson Lane (which was acquired by Wachovia), a listed Southeastern New York Stock Exchange member firm, and Institutional Account Executive with Salomon Brothers.

Mr. Steingraber is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
