KPMG Corporate Finance LLC Names Peter Gray as Managing Director and Head of its Energy and Natural Resources Team

KPMG Corporate Finance LLC Welcomes Peter Gray 

Peter Gray has joined KPMG Corporate Finance LLC’s New York office as a Managing Director and head of its Energy and Natural Resources team.  Mr. Gray will develop a team responsible for providing advisory services to companies operating in oil and gas, power and utilities, mining and metals, forestry, and alternative energy.  These services include providing advice regarding project development, structured and project debt financings, strategic initiatives and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance LLC, Mr. Gray was a Director and Head of Natural Resources, New York at ANZ Investment Bank where he was involved in numerous structured and project financings in Mining & Metals and Oil and Gas. Prior to ANZ Investment Bank he held positions in project and corporate finance in Australia, Singapore and New York with Australia and New Zealand Banking Group and National Australia Bank Limited.  Mr. Gray has more than 20 years of corporate and investment banking experience, a substantial portion of which has been focused in the energy and resources segment. Transactional experience includes project and structured finance debt and advisory, buy and sell-side advisory, strategic debt alternative analysis and debt restructuring. Mr. Gray has been involved in financing projects in Australia, Argentina, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Mongolia, Mozambique, South Africa Suriname, Tanzania and the United States.

Mr. Gray holds a Post Graduate degree from Monash University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics, Law and Accounting from the University of Wollongong.
