April 2006: Alexander Gallo Holdings LLC Acquires Paulson Reporting & Litigation Services, Inc.

Alexander Gallo Holdings LLC announced today that it has purchased the assets of Paulson Reporting & Litigation Services, a full-service litigation support firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

KPMG Corporate Finance LLC served as the exclusive financial advisor to Paulson’s on the transaction. Susan Paulson, President Paulson Reporting & Litigation Services, Inc., had this to say about the transaction, “We were impressed by KPMG Corporate Finance’s responsiveness, insight, and diligence.
