Nick Jachim, a Managing Director and the U.S. Group Head of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships, is a panelist at the Midwestern M&A Forum held June 6, 2007 in Chicago.  The panel is entitled "Private Deals" and will be discussing various financing strategies for 2007 and beyond.
