Bob Auer and Atul Kavthekar of KPMG Corporate Finance LLC, will speak next Wednesday September 20th, at the Associated Equipment Distributors’ CFO Workshop held in Nashville, Tennessee. The topic of their presentation will be “Current M&A Market, Valuation Considerations, and Succession Planning.”
