Andrew Garbutt, a Managing Director and the U.S. Group Head of the Global Infrastructure Projects Group (GIPG), is a panelist at the US P3 Infrastructure Finance Forum 2007 held June 21-22, 2007 in New York.  The panel is entitled "The US Social Infrastructure Sector -Can P3 be Utilized to Upgrade US Schools and Government Accommodation?" P3 Americas is the leading soure of PPP and infrastructure news and research.
