Simeus Foods International, a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, announced the acquisition of the Custom Frozen Products business of Unilever Foodsolutions NA.  KPMG Corporate Finance LLC advised Unilever Foodsolutions NA. on this transaction.  Deal value was not disclosed.
