January 2007: Photon Group Purchases OBMedia, LLC

Photon Group announced the acquisition of OBMedia, LLC.  KPMG Corporate Finance LLC served as the exclusive financial adviser to OBMedia, LLC on the transaction.  Raja Gupta, CEO of OBMedia, LLC, had this to say about the transaction, "KPMG Corporate Finance's knowledge of the online marketing services industry was critical for us to find the right buyer and future partner.
